Who I am
This site is run by Yash (InspiredByYash). I’m the person responsible for the details you share here.
What I collect
- Your email address.
- Your first name, if you choose to give it.
- Which link you came from (for example TikTok, Instagram or YouTube) and the date you joined.
Why
To send you the free guide and my emails about love, healing and growth, and to learn which platforms are worth my time. I don’t sell your details and I don’t share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Who handles it
Your details are stored with my email provider, MailerLite, which sends the emails. This site is hosted on Vercel. Both may process information on servers outside South Africa.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time. You can also ask me to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you. Email me at inspiredbyyash@yashveer.co.za.
If you think I’ve handled your information wrongly, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your details.
